I love food. I really love GOOD food! I've started to compile all recipes that I can find from the bygone era's of good cooking into easier to read, and use, "booklets". My idea is to offer them to you the public as I finish them or update them. Eventually, I'll have to put up my cookbook, which will be comprised solely of my own recipes. Yes, I am also a chef!
